Position Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

  • Package credit facilities suitable for clients' needs and prepare corresponding credit proposals.
  • Regularly monitor clients' portfolios to ensure credit quality.
  • Conduct client calls and plant visits.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all loan accounts.
  • Supervise the Account Coordinators to ensure timely and proper booking of transactions and adherence to bank and regulatory policies.

Role Exposure:

  • Work with top corporations in the country.
  • Collaborate with internal units within the bank.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and business clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Relationship Manager in banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience handling corporate clients.
  • Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis.
  • Good communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior clients and internal partners.
  • Strong analytical skills.
