Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing adoption campaigns, ensuring customer satisfaction, mitigating churn risk, and protecting portfolio MRR growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact customer retention and revenue growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to align strategies and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of direct enterprise-level customer success experience
- A proven track record of success in driving customer adoption and retention
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop quick situational awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
