We are seeking a skilled and charismatic individual to join our team in the Commercial Banking Division. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Your primary goal will be to originate, develop, review, and manage loan portfolio relationships that contribute to the bank's objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
