Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a deep understanding of banking products and services as well as excellent customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Budget planning and execution.
  • Promote bank products and services to prospective clients through effective relationship building and client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Foster strong partnerships with branch staff to ensure seamless delivery of sales support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking with a focus on customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional certification in sales or marketing.
