Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional relationship-building skills, ensuring strong connections with C-level executives. They will be responsible for conducting regular business reviews to assess client success and develop strategies to achieve it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of client loyalty through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Conduct ongoing business reviews to measure client success and create plans to achieve it.
  • Create customer advocacy and engagement opportunities.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and collaborate with internal partners to drive product and operational improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a strong background in account management, success management, or other customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with Employee Assistance, Wellness, Recognition, Perks, or Human Capital Management markets. Additionally, they must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to chair meetings or host webinars.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in Account Management, Success Management, or other customer-facing relationship roles.
  • Familiarity with Employee Assistance, Wellness, Recognition, Perks, or Human Capital Management markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars.
  • Customer relationship management experience in the health and wellbeing space.
  • Proven effectiveness with executive relationships, comfortable and confident in boardroom settings.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual.
  • Ability to work virtually in a professional manner.
  • Proficient with industry-standard tools and software.
