Job Title:

A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is needed to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing and sales engine. This remote position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across time zones.

  • The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing customer-facing components of programs, tracking seasonal and evergreen retail promotions, and ensuring all materials are ordered, designed, and distributed on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Airtable databases to ensure beer stats, release info, and marketing assets are accurate and timely.
  • Coordinate across marketing, design, and web teams to ensure website pages and social assets are created and published on time.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written communication in English.
  • Highly organized with strong project coordination skills.
  • Familiar with Gmail, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Airtable or Trello.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across time zones.
  • Bonus points for experience in beverage, CPG, or agency coordination.
