We are a forward-thinking organization seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and driving the success of our affiliate program.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Engage with Potential Partners: Reach out to prospective affiliate partners who align with our brand and target audience.
  2. Schedule and Coordinate Meetings: Arrange meetings with potential partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
  3. Manage Affiliate Program Operations: Track activities and optimize performance to drive growth and revenue.
  4. Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Foster relationships with key partners and large affiliates to expand our affiliate network.
  5. Negotiate Deals: Engage and negotiate deals with smaller partners to increase revenue.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Educational Background: BA/BS in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of scaling affiliate programs and achieving substantial growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to make data-driven decisions.
