Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to facilitate our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects across various channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate weekly team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Analyze and present key trends, insights, and supplier impacts from weekly business results to inform decision-making.
  • Manage stakeholder satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Drive process improvements in budgeting and end-to-end project management.
  • Support the development and implementation of project tracking tools and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate high sense of urgency and responsiveness in all aspects of work.
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, individually and in group settings.
  • Build trust and credibility with internal stakeholders through consistent performance and follow-through.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills and experience managing complex processes and systems.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
  • Show self-motivation and eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
