Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing project Assistant to support day-to-day project operations and data management. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, managing stakeholder communications, and maintaining project momentum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior team members with daily operations, including reporting, project tracking, data entry, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Project manage initiatives that involve complex processes and multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly metric reports, ensuring data accuracy and presentable slides before sharing with stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc support for projects and operational needs.
  • Maintain data quality and ensure reports are actionable and error-free.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate some ambiguity.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating multiple tasks.
