Role Overview

Business Development Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, building new business opportunities and expanding company operations.

This role is focused on achieving set targets and organizing new marketing strategies, sales acquisition programs, and developmental programs to drive team success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify leads and secure partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships to foster business growth and expand company operations
  • Engage and nurture client relationships
  • Maintain existing business relationships
  • Prepare sales materials, including proposals and contracts
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to consistently meet or exceed quota targets
  • Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Apply critical thinking during planning phases to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Advanced English Language skills, both verbal and written
  • Adaptable to dynamic environment
  • Comfort with fast-paced environment and changing requirements
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Good understanding of market trends
  • Active listener, have compelling sales personality
  • Hunger to chase and close new business
Skillset
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years' business development experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Based in Iloilo or nearby areas
  • Ability to start ASAP
