Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data and presenting insights that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement data models, databases, and data flows to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Lead the development and analysis of reports related to workforce management (WFM) to provide strategic insights and drive process improvements.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficient technical documentation skills and ability to create documented procedures or written guidelines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with statistical models, database concepts, reporting, or analytics-related tools, along with advanced knowledge in MS Excel, including SQL, Power BI, and VBA/Macros.
