Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement territory plans to achieve sales targets.
  2. Evaluate and monitor the performance of trade programs, promotions, and engagement activities.
  3. Collaborate with sales counterparts to develop action plans and drive volume growth.
  4. Raise adult consumer preference for our brands through effective distribution strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and consultative selling knowledge.
  • Field sales experience is an advantage.
  • Relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives experience.

Work Location and Schedule:

  • We offer flexible scheduling with start times as early as 6:30 AM.
  • You'll be assigned to field work covering various areas including Kalibo, Iloilo, Bacolod, Dumaguete, Mandaue, Cebu Provinces, Tagbilaran, and Calbayog.

  • Guaranteed 14th-month pay.
