Job Title:

A Business Relationship Professional is sought after to manage client relationships and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial banking principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze financial data.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce, with a post-graduate degree preferred. They will have working knowledge of international trade payments, local regulations, and account profitability analysis. Two years of banking industry experience are required, or five years in other industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new commercial loans for the bank by analyzing client creditworthiness and market trends.
  • Develop existing loan portfolios through cross-selling and upselling bank products and services.
  • Conduct credit evaluations and inspections to ensure alignment with bank policies and priorities.
  • Solicit credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and offering tailored financial packages.
  • Expand and deepen relationships with prime accounts through regular reviews and assessments.
