POSITION: SUPERVISING TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

OFFICE: PROVINCIAL OFFICE – ILOILO, TESDA REGION VI

SALARY: SG-22 (PhP 74, PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Assists the Provincial Director in managing the operations of the Provincial Office (20%)
  2. Recommends to the Provincial Director systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation (15%)
  3. Administers the implementation of programs/projects (15%)
  4. Strengthens and improves the research technology development of the province (10%)
  5. Maintains public relations with the community, industry and government and non-government organizations (10%)
  6. Promotes non-formal extension programs (10%)
  7. Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports (10%)
  8. Performs other related functions (10%)

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience

Training: 16 hours of relevant training

Eligibility: Career Service Professional / 2nd Level Eligibility

  • Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2023 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for TESDA applicants
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable)
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable)
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
