Business Operations Leader

We are looking for a skilled Business Operations Leader to oversee our customer service staff. The ideal candidate will establish effective departmental policies and procedures.

Main responsibilities may include:

  • Directing the implementation and administration of benefit programs
  • Communicating information to relevant parties about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government mandated disclosures
  • Auditing to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; preparing specialized reports; may be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by business needs
  • Recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating performance of direct reports

Key qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Operations Leader in the BPO industry
  • Background in handling Telco or Healthcare Account
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Problem Solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Six Sigma Trained (Preferred)
