We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in SaaS and HR services. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong understanding of corporate and enterprise sales strategies.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential organizations; develop marketing materials to generate leads.
- Product Presentations: Conduct B2B presentations of SaaS and HR solutions, identifying business opportunities and driving conversions.
- Post-Sales Support: Monitor ROI for customers and identify upselling opportunities.
- Event & Opportunity Development: Identify sales opportunities through events, conferences, speaking engagements, and partnerships.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Take on additional responsibilities as needed by the organization, adapting to emerging business needs and delivering innovative solutions beyond standard duties.
- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans with periodic reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including the sales pipeline and conversion reports.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business development or sales within SaaS and HR services.
- Individual contributor with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience: Strong background in corporate/enterprise sales, telesales, account management, category management, and business development. Experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, or HR services (Talent Acquisition or Talent Development) is a significant advantage.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and standard business software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
