About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Trust and Safety Program Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality and efficiency of our Trust and Safety programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote safety for users by completing initiatives and using AI to improve program effectiveness:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience and internal operations.
    • Analyze data to inform decisions, prioritize initiatives, and mitigate risks.
    • Optimize processes, create new policies, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update significant Trust and Safety programs:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on the Trust and Safety vision, requirements, and enforcement strategies:
    • Become a subject matter expert on global Trust and Safety policies and lead solution development.
    • Investigate problem areas, present recommendations, and drive future-state workflows.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in program management, policy or process management, leading complex projects to successful outcomes (impacting 10-50+ people).
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced environments and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in Trust and Safety, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, incident management, content moderation.
  • Lean/Six Sigma or other Project Management Professional Certification.
