Warehouse Operations Manager

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Control: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and receiving activities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including food safety standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
