Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to senior leadership, managing budgets and forecasts, and conducting ad hoc financial analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about financial planning and analysis, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, working closely with senior leadership and cost center managers.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, including budget variance analysis and forecasting.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
