Job Summary

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will oversee the end-to-end financial management cycle, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and month-end close processes. This role will ensure the integrity of financial statements, compliance with accounting standards, and delivery of insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.

This position is responsible for leading FP&A activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, as well as proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • FP&A Leadership: Lead financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives.
  • Month-End Close Process: Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare, review, and present management reports, highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.
  • Financial Modeling: Maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc. preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
