Job Title: Finance Analyst

This is a finance analyst position available in our organization.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an analytical individual to support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for key product teams.
Responsibilities
  1. Support senior leaders by providing data-driven insights through detailed analysis of business drivers, variances, and trends.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives.
  3. Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  4. Compile accurate monthly financial commentary to enhance decision-making.
  5. Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  6. Enhance financial models and reporting tools to improve analysis efficiency.
  7. Work closely with internal teams to refine reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen controls.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with a passion for building a career in finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated drive and attention to detail, producing high-quality work under pressure.
  • Willingness to pursue professional certifications like CIMA or ACCA for career development.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with a proactive approach.
  • A collaborative mindset with professionalism, innovation, and a continuous improvement attitude.
