Senior Financial Analysis Specialist

This role involves partnering with Operations to complete daily margin reports.
You will support data sources and discrepancies, providing insight into cost estimation assumptions.
Hold weekly review calls to discuss trends and performance, developing action plans to optimize monthly performance.
Compare month-end financials to actual results, providing variance analysis and follow-up on opportunities for improvement.
Assist in completing the Monthly Forecast Process.
Understand all assumptions behind the financial forecast.
Hold monthly review calls with stakeholders to discuss forecast changes.
Develop skills in financial analysis and problem-solving to drive business growth and success.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated analytical aptitude to identify opportunities for change and anticipate future problems.
- Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply assessment measurement and evaluation techniques.
