We seek a senior financial planning professional to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence within our finance team.
This role involves leading critical initiatives in financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to support the US Central Time hours work setup.
- Lead financial reporting and analysis across key business areas.
- Manage monthly forecasts and annual budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Summarize complex results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Build financial models, develop scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information into actionable insights. They will be responsible for managing financial data, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth.
