Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Training Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

About the Role
  • Identify and assess training needs through interviews with employees or consultation with department heads.
  • Collaborate with the Training Officer to design training programs and modules based on organizational needs.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental.
  • Assist in the approval process for external training programs and manage budgets accordingly.
  • Disseminate performance evaluation forms to regular employees semi-annually.
  • Organize and file performance evaluation forms in designated folders.
  • Monitor trainee improvement through post-assessment feedback.
  • Summarize performance evaluation results and communicate them to department heads and employees.
  • Coordinate monthly training schedules with various departments.
  • Respond to inquiries related to training and other HR sections.
  • Prepare and submit monthly training reports to the Training Officer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in training development or a related field.
  • Leadership skills, people skills, computer skills, communication skills, and teaching skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
