Job Title: SIU Operational Trainer

As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for facilitating SIU Coding process training and CPC Medical Coding Academy. Your expertise will play a critical part in helping our organization deliver high-quality services to those who need it most.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for SIU Coding process and CPC Medical Coding Academy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations to provide accurate and effective training.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to ensure participants achieve desired learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in a related field.
  • CPC certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in SIU Coding or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
