Job Description

Training and Development Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in assessing training needs, developing training programs, and conducting training sessions.

You will be responsible for keeping abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products, and systems. Additionally, you may be involved in the design process and deployment of technological ideas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to lead trainers to successful completion of requirements in compliance with goals and targets.

Responsibilities
  • Assess training needs and develop training programs to meet those needs.
  • Conduct training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Maintain knowledge of training delivery techniques, business processes, products, and systems.
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure successful completion of requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in RCM background heavy training.
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles or people management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
