Compensation Planning Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our compensation planning projects focused on strategic implementation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end compensation planning processes for our clients.
  • Conduct workshops to develop client-specific compensation strategies.
  • Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, and reward statements to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment of organizational compensation strategy.
  • Integrate compensation systems with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Payroll systems.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors implementation best practices.
  • Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
  • Lead pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants.
  • Develop change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 10-12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Compensation.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors Compensation templates and guidelines.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and SAP CPI.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and People Analytics.
  • Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to related modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or Variable Pay.
  • Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
  • Knowledge of global compensation compliance and audit requirements.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
