About the role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE'. In this pivotal full-time role based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the company's compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain and motivate our talented workforce.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark our compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards
  • Develop and administer fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Manage the company's payroll processing and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Continuously review and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new programs and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably within the Human Resources function
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, labour laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using HR and payroll software systems
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
