Role Overview

This is a challenging opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to source top talent for entry-level positions. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will represent the company at career fairs, info sessions, and student events to showcase our career opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of university dynamics, and the ability to build trust with students and faculty members. Additionally, they should be able to analyze recruitment trends and adapt strategies effectively to meet our hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • University Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships with universities to create a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Campus Engagement: Represent the company at various on-campus events, including career fairs, info sessions, and student organization meetings.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the hiring process for interns and entry-level roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a strong pipeline of students and graduates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates from initial contact through hiring and onboarding.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on recruitment trends, student needs, and competitor activities to inform effective strategies.
