We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for processing and completing transactions prescribed by clients.
- Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and auditing data gathered.
- Resolve processing problems by gathering information and analyzing requests.
- Maintain quality service by monitoring standards and advising Account Managers and Team leads of potential problems.
- Acquire and validate data required by clients from primary and/or secondary sources through designated systems or as prescribed by clients.
- Ensure accurate billing and documentation of services rendered to clients and/or their customers.
