Relationship Manager (Wealth Management)China Bank PHNegotiableOn-site - Makati | 3-5 Yrs Exp | Diploma | Full-timeShareJob DescriptionDescriptionResponsible for managing full-service banking relationships while providing exceptional customer experience to a portfolio of high net-worth customers. Acquire new relationships through direct prospecting and by developing a network of internal and external referral sources. Cultivate, expand, and strengthen existing relationships through in-depth profiling and thorough financial needs assessment, understanding the customer's unique requirements, and staying abreast of their needs.

Devise customized financial strategies and alternatives, displaying creativity in formulating integrated solutions by acquiring broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust, wealth transfer, and financial planning. Engage the Bank's resources to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions and fulfill the customer's immediate and future financial needs. Act as the Bank's conduit by referring opportunities to other lines of business, while generating growth in the customer's balances through product recommendations and referrals across all banking services, employing a proactive and disciplined approach.

Qualifications:3-4 years of experience in Relationship Management within a banking or financial institutionExperience in Sales and MarketingBasic knowledge of investments and financial conceptsRequirementsPlease refer to the job description above.
