Job Title: Relationship Manager

Elevate user satisfaction and drive business growth as a Relationship Manager in a fast-paced fintech environment.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with merchants to understand their pain points and provide tailored solutions to optimise their experience on our platform.

You'll build strong relationships and become an expert in payments, connecting with users and delivering exceptional customer service and account management.

Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to leverage client insights and shape product strategy and feature development.

  • Own the post-sales cycle from customer engagement to retention and growth of our users.
  • Develop strong relationships and become a trusted payments advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service through messaging platforms and phone calls.
  • Be a great listener and uncover users' needs.
  • Identify areas for improvement in each client's business process and communicate effective solutions.
  • Discuss customer insights and feedback with the Product and Engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer success or client-facing experience.
  • Payments and SMB experience is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify strategies behind each user's business.
  • Lots of empathy and patience to advocate for users and guide them through technical solutions.
  • Experience handling difficult situations or customers while remaining professional and personable.
