We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. As an IT Service Desk/Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document all client interactions and issues resolved
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date on technical trends and best practices through ongoing training and development
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- At least 6 months to 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology
