As an IT Service Desk/Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Document all client interactions and issues resolved
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  4. Stay up-to-date on technical trends and best practices through ongoing training and development

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  2. At least 6 months to 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  3. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology
