Job Title: IT Service Desk Technician

Job Description

The IT Service Desk Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that our employees receive prompt and effective technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving end-user incidents and requests, analyzing possible causes of hardware, software & network connection failure & errors, and serving as liaison between staff and the MIS department.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve end-user incidents and requests
  • Analyze possible causes of hardware, software & network connection failure & errors
  • Serve as liaison between staff and the MIS department
  • Administer help desk software by logging all problems and appropriate action made by all MIS personnel
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Knowledge in asset management is a plus
