We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Manila. With at least 8-10 years of recruitment experience in a BPO setting, you will be responsible for leading bulk hiring initiatives and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters to ensure high-quality hires
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of recruitment experience in a BPO setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Manila demographics and competition
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business results
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Compensation and Benefits
