Job Overview:

The role of a Logistics Coordinator is to manage the day-to-day delivery of furniture items. This position involves collaborating with customers and logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules.

  • Assisting with pre-orders by tracking expected arrival times and scheduling deliveries accordingly
  • Monitoring and following up on deliveries to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining accurate records of delivery schedules and customer interactions
  • Providing administrative support related to logistics and customer service
  • Supporting website-related tasks in the future
Requirements:

This position requires individuals with previous experience in customer service, logistics or e-commerce operations. Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear and professional customer communications. Additionally, high-level organization, attention to detail, and record-keeping abilities are crucial. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.
