Project Manager Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to work as a project coordinator in our design team. The position is responsible for supporting commercial office furniture projects, focusing on coordination, communication, and logistics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project support, administration, or coordination, preferably in the interior design or office furniture industry. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project coordination, including quotations, procurement, and vendor communication
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure smooth information flow across teams, clients, and vendors
  • Verify specifications and quantities to minimize errors
  • Coordinate installations, deliveries, and site visits
  • Assist with budget tracking and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in project support, administration, or coordination
  • Strong familiarity with US commercial office furniture manufacturers and their product lines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and project management software
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
