We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Auditor to join our team.

Job Description

The role of the Interior Design Auditor is to review and validate furniture specifications for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client standards. This involves meticulously checking floor plans, elevations, renderings, finish legends, and manufacturer quotes to ensure they meet the required standards.

Your expertise will be essential in minimizing costly errors and ensuring seamless project execution from quotation to order.

  • Review and verify the accuracy of product part numbers, finishes/finish codes, and pricing across all documentation.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and collaborate with project team members to resolve these issues effectively.
  • Analyze building plans, including site conditions, to ensure that furniture applications are feasible and accurately dimensioned.
  • Verify compliance with client standards and guidelines when applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a commercial furniture dealership or a similar contract furniture environment.
  • Familiarity with major commercial furniture manufacturers, preferably with Haworth.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Adobe (or similar PDF software) with the ability to make edits and comments.
