Interior Design Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in design software, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

The selected individual will be responsible for creating detailed spec sheets and plans, drafting reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), developing comprehensive furniture plans, and designing wall decorations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and detailed designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Draft RCPs detailing ceiling elements of a design
  • Develop comprehensive furniture plans with layouts and specifications
  • Design wall decorations and provide detailed sections and elevations
  • Create schedules listing quantities, finishes, and attributes of design elements
Requirements:
  • Expertise in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Proven experience drafting RCPs
  • Able to create detailed and comprehensive furniture plans
  • Strong skills in wall decoration and detailing
  • Capable of creating accurate and detailed schedules
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
