Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing departmental operations, including administrative tasks, marketing initiatives, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procedures to improve administrative efficiency and productivity.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase program awareness and engagement.
- Handle email correspondence, responding to inquiries and directing messages appropriately.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments, facilitating effective time management and minimizing conflicts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget analysis.
- Develop and implement social media content to promote programs and enhance brand visibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with exposure to financial tasks and marketing activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
