Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll transactions, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll history, benefits, and tax information
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws, labor laws, and employment standards
  • Communicate with employees and management regarding payroll-related matters
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in payroll or education in payroll-related course
  • Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
