We are seeking a Payroll Processor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, timekeeping, and deductions
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for employee data updates and benefits adjustments
  • Generate payroll reports for management review
  • Stay updated on labor laws, tax requirements, and payroll best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in payroll processing (knowledge of PH and/or US payroll is a plus)
  • Familiarity with payroll software and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
