  • We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of ANZ payroll.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a payroll officer, with a focus on ANZ payroll processing.

A strong understanding of tax and social contributions regulations is essential, as well as knowledge of Excel and other relevant tools.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a global shared services organization and contribute to the success of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of ANZ payroll
  • Prepare payroll and human resource information for data input
  • Accurate data entry and validation using Excel and other tools
  • Checking payroll results to ensure accuracy
  • Support design and implementation of enhancements and compliance to payroll templates
  • Support Concierge Team to provide responsive client advisory service on payroll matters
  • Working with People Process Management Team to assist/solve payroll queries
  • Support delivery of annual payroll processes including remuneration reviews, bonus payments, purchase leave & supplement payments
  • Prepare and reviewing termination calculations

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a payroll officer with focus on ANZ Payroll processing
  • Extensive knowledge in compliance to tax and social contributions on ANZ payroll
  • Knowledge and experience in processing payroll using Excel
  • Experience in excel payroll to system migration desirable
  • Workday experience desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in use of Service Management systems/tools desirable
  • Experience in global shared services organization desirable
