Job Description:

The Freight Operations Coordinator role is instrumental in our business, providing exceptional customer service for US customers. This position entails managing customer shipments from PO raised to delivery, working collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Pricing and Procurement teams.

This is a critical function in helping us scale efficiently. As a member of the supply chain operations team, you will report to the Operations team and work in an open and collaborative environment with a team that continuously invests in employee learning.

  • Ensure high-quality customer service by delivering shipments on-time and addressing exceptions appropriately.">
  • Respond to customers' escalations, collaborating with customer success managers to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination.">
  • Ensure shipment and data metrics consistently meet customer expectations.">
  • Collaborate with operations partners and external stakeholders to ensure successful shipment lifecycle.">
  • Support process improvements or implement improved processes when required.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.">
  • Able to react quickly whilst maintaining focus and attention to detail.">
  • Embracing change management - short/ medium and long term.">
  • Experience with ERP/Microsoft Excel, PP + Word.">
