Remote Operations Manager

The Home-Based Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor orders and track documentation for order confirmations and vendor emails.
- Evaluate POs for accuracy and ensure they are issued to suppliers with correct client artwork files.
- Assist in contacting suppliers and vendors for order status, proof, and tracking information.
- Contact vendors for inventory checks, pricing, freight quotes, and lead times.
- Communicate with clients via email templates for order updates and logistics.
- Provide timely support, research, and feedback on order progress, changes, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports.
- Maintain accurate client and vendor files and databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work overnight shifts in different time zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
