Job Title: Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Learning Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality support services to students and their families.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with instructors, tracking student progress, and ensuring the delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide learning support services to students and their families
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure seamless delivery of programs
  • Track student progress and provide regular updates
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
