We're looking for a Customer Education/Training Specialist to lead onboarding and training sessions for our clients. In this role, you'll help customers understand and use our software effectively, drive product adoption, and support overall customer success. You'll play a key role in ensuring customers feel confident and supported while using our platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer education and enablement, especially in a SaaS environment, and who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities- Lead customer onboarding and training sessions
- Help users adopt and maximize product features
- Deliver high-impact enablement programs to drive product engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer questions and provide clear guidance
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, gathering and relaying feedback to internal teams.
- Recommend value-added services and features to help customers meet their goals and expand product usage.
- At least with experience in customer onboarding, success, or training, preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking with groups and managing multiple customers
- Customer-focused, proactive, and organized
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Soft sales skills are a plus
