
Employee Relations Specialist

Maintaining accurate employee records is a top priority in this position. Hard copy files must be accurately updated, and soft copies must also be maintained with the utmost care. The HR database will require regular updates regarding new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves. Payroll preparation requires the provision of relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves. This role involves preparing documentation for HR policies and procedures. Employees' requests must be processed promptly, and relevant information must be provided. Additionally, coordination of HR projects, meetings, and training seminars falls under this role.
About Us- This position offers opportunities to work closely with our Recruiter to post job ads on our careers page and process incoming resumes.
- You will manage our department's telephone center, addressing queries accordingly.
- This role provides a platform to prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
- New employees will receive orientations by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
- A minimum of proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.
- Experience with HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS.
- PC literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of labor legislation is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential.
- This role demands teamwork skills and technical expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
