Overview
The HR Employee Relations (ER) Assistant will facilitate the employee discipline process, handle regular appraisals for CW Home Depot employees, assist in implementing ER initiatives, and consolidate ER-related reports. The role will also support other HR-related initiatives and implementations.
Role Description
The HR Employee Relations Assistant will be assigned to the following:
- Employee discipline and investigations
- Facilitates performance appraisals, reporting, and discussions
- Consolidates ER reports from the branches
- Ensure ER-related monitorings are updated
- Creates posters for employee milestones and recognitions
- Assist in other ER activities set
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management
- Familiarity with using Canva
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work on a compressed work schedule.
