Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior People Operations Specialist. In this position, you will provide critical support to our team by ensuring that employees receive the necessary assistance from local departments handling HR and payroll-related matters.

  • You will assist in managing client communications, collaborating with relevant departments on HR issues, and addressing employee concerns, escalations, and engagement.
  • Assist in conducting monthly probation performance reviews and uploading documentation on BambooHR.
  • Provide administrative support for timekeeping requests, leaves, procurement, and other internal manager-approved requests.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with employees and serve as the primary point of contact for questions, concerns, and escalations.
  • Direct employees to appropriate departments for issue resolution and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support the planning and execution of regular meetings with employees to gather feedback, provide updates, and assess satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities, training, and company initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and development.
  • Track tenure milestones and coordinate recognition programs under Boldr's Long Tenure Program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or finance operations, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity.
  • Advanced capability in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and oral.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems (e.g., BambooHR), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and billing platforms (e.g., Xero).
